Theatre awarded with the Governor’s BannerOn the 20th of August a meeting took place at the Regional Government’s Hall dedicated to the Russian Federation National Colours Day. In the course of the event, the Governor Pavel Ipatov handed a number of citizens and enterprises national and public awards. Saratov Opera and Ballet’s successful achievements of the season of 2009 in the field of arts and culture were rewarded with the Banner of Merit established by the Governor of Saratov Region.
